These hand held striking targets are perfect for focus and speed training and being similar to boxing focus pads are an essential training aid. The 'disc' shaped targets offer a unique feature of having varied foam layered inserts allowing a central 'concaved' striking point for comfort and realism. As well as being ideal as a striking target, the multi coloured focus discs serve as excellent training aids for co-ordination, as a visual/response tool and above all assist in making classes more fun and interactive!
