Payment and Delivery

   Advance payment is required on all orders prior to despatch. Card payments are now available via Paypal and online transactions and we also accept the following methods - cheques (please allow 5 working days to clear) or Postal Orders, cash for collected orders only - DO NOT send cash by post.

   Verve UK aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of payment on a 'next day' delivery service, this means you should always have your order within 48 hours - weekend orders and busy periods may take an extra 24 hours. If your order is urgent please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to ensure you receive you products in time.

   Please ensure you have made arrangements to accept your delivery. All undelivered parcels returned to Verve UK will incur a re-delivery charge to the customer.

Delivery Charges

   There is currently FREE delivery on all orders placed through the www.verve-uk.com website to UK mainland addresses. If you are based outside of the UK mainland an extra delivery charge may apply so please contact us for postage costs.

As a guide, normal UK delivery charges are as follows –

Orders £0.00 - £100.00 = Delivery charge of £10.00
Orders £100.01 or more = FREE Delivery!

For deliveries to Northern Ireland please add and extra £10 to the above.

For trade account sales, all values stated above are before the addition V.A.T.

   Please note that very large items i.e. freestanding bags or stretching machines are subject to a minimum freight charge of £15.00 and also extra costs may be incurred for very heavy orders i.e. orders over 100 kilos = £30.00. This will be confirmed prior to dispatch

Special Offers

   Verve UK Ltd reserve the right to withdraw any special offers or discounted rates on any of the products or services at any time. Some special offers are only applicable and available through the verve-uk.com website so please telephone one of our sales staff if you are unsure of any details and they will advise you accordingly.

Items out of stock

   If on the irregular occurrance you place an order and we do not have a certain item in stock we will dispatch the items to you CARRIAGE FREE as soon as it arrives with us. Verve UK strives never to backorder any product.

Exporting

   At present Verve UK only operate within the mainland British Isles but in the next couple of months we will be able to send products all over the world, feel free to contact one of our members of staff for more details

Terms and Conditions

Please note the following:

1. All transactions are subject to our Terms and Conditions of sale.
2. Goods remain the property of Verve UK Ltd until full payment has been received.
3. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. Orders are accepted on the understanding that they will be charged at the prices stated at the date of despatch.
4. Third party cheques will not be accepted.
5. Goods despatched to a third party are at your own risk.
6. Returned or represented cheques will be subject to a £10 administration fee.
7. All orders are subject to a delivery charge unless collected from our premises giving prior notice.
8. It is the purchasers’ responsibility to check that the goods are correct before printing or embroidering the goods.
9. Claims arising from shortages or damages must be made within 3 days of receipt, and must be signed for as a shortage/damaged parcel.
10. Times of delivery are estimated as accurately as possible but could be subject to delays beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible.
11. Claims for non delivery to be made within 10 days of despatch.
12. We reserve the right to alter product designs and specifications without prior notice due to commitment to continually improve and update of our product range.

Returns Procedure

1. Please telephone one of our staff for a customer returns number, they will need to know the invoice number, what is being returned and the reason for the return.
2. If goods have been incorrectly sent please advise one of our staff as soon as possible to arrange a collection for you.
3. Returned goods will only be accepted for exchange/refund when returned as new in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. The returns number must be clearly marked on the address label and returned to:

4. Returned goods will only be accepted at our discretion. The following can not be returned under any circumstances :-

• Goods that have been worn / washed / altered / squashed / mis-shaped / embroidered / printed or soiled.
• Personalised and / or custom made products
• Discontinued / sale products and items.
• Products and items that are not in original packaging with instructions.
• Returns without a returns number.

5. A handling fee of 5% will be charged for trade returns of 5 items or more.


Trade Accounts

   All website prices displayed include V.A.T. but when placing trade account orders all prices and lists are displayed without V.A.T. so all products will be subject to an additional 17.5%, with the exception of the following items –

Clothing up to size 2 (150cm)

 Trade accounts and pricelists are offered at the discretion on Verve UK Ltd and can be offered or rejected at any time!

Minimum trade order = £25.00

 

By using Verve UK Ltd and www.verve-uk.com you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
